In September 2006 set off the cycle from Roscoff to Gibraltar via the coasts of France, Spain and Portugal. The distance was 3,400km and I complete it in 3 months. The route took me down the coast of France then into the pyrenese where I picked uo the 'Comino' to Santiag de Compestella. I then continued into Portugal to Cape St Vincent, then into Spain and ended in Gibraltar. You can read all about this trip at
